R-Place is a the most laid back yet still youthful bar in town the entire week around. It is three levels with the top level being the dance club, the second being a pooltable and darts and the bottom floor just a small and always occupied smoke free bar. Wednesday nigths are great after 11:30 when they hold weekly wet underwear contests. This is hosted by a local drag celebrity Mark Finley. (Or Mama as she is called.) Earlier on weekday evenings you'll see the 20s and 30s having their standard beers while playing against each other on large screen quiz games or just hanging out. On the weekends its one of the best places in town to be if you're young and its before 11pm. (After which Neighbors, Purr and Sugar are all better for boy watching.)

And no, I'm not in ANY way affiliated with R-Place, just a local boy calling it like I see it. Best place for other hotties without a lot of drama. (Until late evening when everywhere gay gets drama.)
