Taboo Still going Strong,

I am happy to report that Taboo is still going strong. Since my lasting posting the venue expanded into the space next floor, dubbling the size of the dance floor. At the same time the sound and interior got a flashy treatment, while some may lament the loss of the undergroundy, hole in the wall feel, one must give credit to the improved sound system and seating area.
of most importance, the crowd is as down to earth (see my last report) as ever.
While I have not been to the Saturday event, a queer friend of my swears by it. Weekends are not Queer, but do deliver some serious, Soulful House music.

If you are into funky, soulful, chill out, but not too chill House Music Taboo on Tuesday is the place for you.
Gay dance club titon David Harness & his supportes crowd this oh soo sexy little venue deep in the Latin ghetto every Tuesday.
Those in the know realize that one does not get a real taste of a city vibe on the weekends. Taboo exemplifies all that is good with a weeknite club. None of that"Bridge and Tunnel" drama, just people out for the love of House music & no attitude.
For those of you looking for a ethnically mixed place, Taboo should be your first stop.
