New to the area and I have to say I feel most like myself at Burkharts. Unpretentious, and mostly welcoming (doorman was kinda rude). I have never laughed so hard when watching the Mary Edith Pitts show-she should have her own show on Comedy Central. Drinks are always strong and bartenders are nice. Pet peeve-smoke is real bad!

I really enjoyed this club, great music, fun guys, and great atmosphere. But when the drag show comes on jesus does it drag... on and on. Really kills the mood. Great drinks and cute guys though. Made this Tampa boy feel really welcomed!
