The club should be embarassed!!!!!!,

Coming into town from Chicago for work and decided that we should go out to a club. Looked here on Clubfly and saw that Dock was the closest to the hotel.....WELL let me tell you! This club on a sunday night was almost empty, the interior is very boring and the potential is great! the black walls have to go! the music was lame and the Drag show....OMG...the ladies need to learn the words to the songs before they try to perform them. Don't know how they stay open!!

The Dock , being one of the two big gay dance clubs in the city, is a far cry from the bigger dance club Adonis. It's basically and old warehouse thats been adorned uncreatively with a few coats of paint and a cement dance floor. On Fridays and Saturdays the place is filled with mostly a younger crowd , that are basically lacking in taste or style, who were drinking and dancing to some o.k high energy music. The drag shows are a waste of time and lacked showmanship.
The place has potential but it is quite obvious the owners have no intention of creating any thing close to a club enviroment.
However, the upside is that the bartenders are very friendly and the drinks and cover charge are reasonable and it is walking distance to downtown area unlike it's competitor. There is also a feel of less pretense then Adonis and the crowd is more male dominated and cruisier than that other place. The DJ was good spinning some high energy mixes. Overall, it's somewhere else to go.

The Dock! Well lets just say incredible. At some time it had a some bad reviews that kept me away from it. I finally went three weeks ago and every Friday since then has never missed a beat. The DJ spins the hottest dance music in Ohio. The bar has some of the nicest personnel kind and courteous in every shape and form. The Drag Show which is hosted by Jessica Diamond is the best I have seen to this day. The lights and amazing special effects while the pulsating music makes even the non-dancers get up. Drinks are lower than most other bars and the cover charge is lower than most in the Cincinnati area. Here is a place where whatever you like will be there from Straight to Gay. Even girls with that little something special a great environment with a great mix of people puts in number 1 in Ohio. This is a club if you like to dance and meet people you will never leave disappointed. They also have a pool table and video games and a ATM machine placed in a lighted area. Excellenct Club
