While this space may have long since been overtaken by Club Papi as the place to go find god like Latin men, Esta Noche more than makes up for it when it comes to a sense of community.

The venue has the distiction of being the oldest Gay Latin bar in the city. If you are looking for flash and over the top sound and lighting this may not be your place. if you are looking foor a tradional Latin bar look no further. The venue is famous for it's Latin drag shows (a bit on the long side for us Anglos) which are well received by the local crowd.

Like many long running, small size, no frills spaces, this venues draws a broad cross section of the Latin community.

On Weekends and select week days a DJ plays a mix of Latin and Anglo dance music.

As a side note, Esta Noche is located in a rougher area of town. Use commen sense and be aware of your surrounding. That being said, the streets are always busy with folks walking to and from the subway station.
